Terms of service
I. General
To commission me, please fill out my commission form on the main page.Price may vary based on the complexity of the design.
I reserve the right to refuse any request that i do not feel comfortable with.
I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on public websites such as social media unless stated otherwise by the client.
I only accept picture references. Written description are not allowed.
II. Payment
Payment will be done through PayPal invoices.
Do not apply if you are unable to proceed with the payment.
Payment can be done upfront or initial payment of 50% and 50% after the lineart stage.
I will start the commission after payment is received.Refunds are not available once the commission has started. You will only receive 80% of the refund due to fees.
Urgent requests will incur an additional fee of 50-100% of the total price.
Chargeback will be declined and result in an automatic blacklist from commissioning me again.
III. Delivery
Finished product delivery time depends on the complexity.
Sketch will be sent within 1 week of receiving payment. Major changes may be requested during this period.Lineart and final render will be sent for review. Only minor changes may be requested during these two stages.Commissions may take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity. Live2D Models may take more time due to the addition of the cutting/rigging process.
IV. Copyrights and Usage
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
I reserve the rights to post the finished product on my social media. Please let me know if you do not want your commission to be shared.Do not claim my work as your own.
Do not use the commission for NFT purposes.
Credit me when using my work.
You may not sell my work in any way.You are not allowed to use my art for any merchandise without discussing the terms with me.
